I like homemade Chex Mix, but I make some alterations that make the Chex Mix more to my own tastes.
- 4 1/2 cups of Corn Chex
- 4 1/2 cups of Rice Chex
- 1 cup of small pretzel twists (I prefer RoldGold)
- 1 cup of bagel chips (any flavor you like), broken into smaller pieces
- 6 tbsp of butter
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
Mix the snacks together in a large roasting pan. Melt the butter and mix with the sauce and seasoned salt. Drizzle the butter mixture over the snack mixture and stir well. Heat over to 250 degrees and bake for 1 hour. Stir the mixture every 15 minutes.
