This is my mom’s favorite salsa.
- 2 cups of diced fresh tomatoes (roma or cherry)
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 diced scallions
- 1-2 diced de-seeded jalapenos (can sub serranos if you want it to be spicier)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper
Dice all of the ingredients, making sure to cut the jalapenos and scallions very small. Mix well, taste for seasoning and spice. Adjust if necessary.
