We love Taco Tuesday at our house, so we are documenting our weekly taco recipes.
- 1lb roasted boneless pork spareribs (recipe: https://mangiavita.com/articles/pork-prep/)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin
- Corn tortillas, olive oil for griddle
- Toppings: queso fresco, lime juice, corn salsa (recipe: https://mangiavita.com/articles/corn-salsa/ )
Add the thawed meat to non-stick skillet, with olive oil and seasoning. Warm the meat through and caramelize the meat slightly.
Brush the corn tortillas with olive oil and griddle the tortillas until slightly golden. Add pork, toppings, and hot sauce and enjoy!
