Scottish Shortbread

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 sticks of butter, softened
  • 1 cup of sugar

Mix until blended. Roll with rolling pin into a rimmed cookie sheet. Punch holes with fork. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Check for doneness. Sugar the top, cut into squares.
