Chicken Bacon Tacos

We love Taco Tuesday at our house, so we are documenting our weekly taco recipes.

Cut up the bacon and fry until caramelized in a non-stick skillet. Remove bacon and add the chicken and seasonings, fry until cooked through and caramelized. Cut up chicken in bite-sized pieces.

Brush the corn tortillas with olive oil and griddle the tortillas until slightly golden. Add chicken, bacon, toppings, and hot sauce and enjoy!
