Korean Style Pork Tacos

With a nod to the amazing Kogi flavor combos, this taco marries the Korean style seasonings with our favorite Tuesday fare.

  • 1lb cooked boneless pork spareribs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Seasoning: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, Kogi BBQ sauce
  • Corn tortillas, olive oil for griddle
  • Toppings: Kimchi Slaw (thinly sliced lettuce, thinly sliced kimchi, 1 sliced scallion, cilantro, rice seasoned vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, olive oil)

Add the thawed meat to non-stick skillet, with olive oil and seasoning. Warm the meat through and drizzle with Kogi BBQ sauce, caramelize the meat slightly.

Combine the ingredients for the Kimchi slaw and mix well, adjust seasoning as needed.

Brush the corn tortillas with olive oil and griddle the tortillas until slightly golden. Add meat, slaw and a drizzle of Kogi BBQ sauce with your favorite hot sauce and enjoy.
