A lovely addition to a charcuterie board, or sandwich topping, this tapenade is very simple to make at home.
- 1 cup of mixed olives (we used pimento stuffed, green olives, Kalamata olives and Castelvetrano olives)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp parmesan shavings
- 4 fresh basil leaves
- Pepper
Place all the ingredients in a small food processor and pulse until finely chopped and well combined. Serve with bread, or crackers. Enjoy!
