Chicago Style Pizza

Since the start of the pandemic, we make pizza every Sunday night! We will be sharing our weekly pizza’s with you.

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 round of pizza dough (1/4 of this recipe
  • 1/2 cup homemade Bolognese sauce
    • This is my recipe ( )
    • (Rao’s is my favorite store bought sauce, if you don’t want to use a meat sauce)
  • 1 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Grated parmesan cheese

Oil a 10 inch cast iron skillet. Stretch the dough into an even layer. Add your mozzarella right on top of the dough. Then spread the Bolognese sauce over the cheese layer and finally add a generous sprinkling of parmesan cheese.

Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes until golden and bubbly. Slice and enjoy!
