Korean Style Chicken and Kimchi Pizza

Since the start of the pandemic, we make pizza every Sunday night! We will be sharing our weekly pizza’s with you.

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 round of pizza dough (1/4 of this recipe https://mangiavita.com/2023/07/20/bread-dough-pizza-dough/)
  • 1/4 cup cooked, shredded chicken sauteed with Kogi BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup of mild kimchi thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Kogi BBQ sauce

Oil your pizza pan. Stretch the dough into an even layer, it will make about a 12 inch round. Add your chicken and kimchi in an even layer on the dough, then the mozzarella, and cheddar, drizzle lightly with the Kogi BBQ sauce.

Bake at 400 for about 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly. Slice and enjoy!
